Astra Group launched the Monte Garden luxury housing project in the fall of 2022. Before the project began, we first invested in a 5-kilometer paved road to enter and exit the village in March. The reason is that we prioritized solving electricity, roads, and other infrastructure issues before starting construction. The goal of intensifying our infrastructure issues is to get the value of the project from the beginning and recharge our energy.
In terms of location, the Monte Garden project is a 200-family house project located alone at the Chuluut mouth of the Bogd Khan Mountain. The reason for emphasizing the word alone is that the mouth of the mountain and the complex are only used by the Monte Garden project's integrated organization, integrated planning, and integrated infrastructure.
