Project Introduction

Monte Garden is a luxury residential complex combining high-end houses and modern apartments, located in Chuluutiin Am at the foot of Bogd Khan Mountain. Nestled in an untouched natural area, it offers complete isolation from Ulaanbaatar's air pollution and city noise. Situated just 19–29 minutes from the city center, the location provides a serene environment surrounded by hills, trees, shrubs, streams, and fresh mountain air. Monte Garden is uniquely distinguished as the only residential complex in Chuluutiin Am with a standalone, fully integrated master plan. Launched in 2022, the project prioritized the development of comprehensive infrastructure. With our own investment, we constructed a 5 km paved road leading to the complex and fully implemented electrical and engineering systems, establishing a strong foundation to preserve Monte Garden's long-term value.

The complex also offers Mongolia's first fully integrated solutions for children, families, and pets, including horse stables, an equestrian track, and a world-class pet park.
